Often you do not know the boundaries of your police station or there is a situation where you cannot go to the police station in your area. You get confused when the police tell you to go to the police station in your area. You have the right to report a crime in the same police station. Zero F.I. R. Let's see 
It is important to understand the type of cavity before looking at my Zero FIR

1} cognizable offense
2} Non cognizable offense

 Cognizable Offense
These crimes are called serious crimes. These crimes are non-bailable (e.g. murder, robbery, rape, etc.).

  • What is Zero f. I.R.
Zero FIR is filed with 00 serial number. Zero FIR can be filed in any police station. The police station then sends / sends Zero FIR to your area police station and the area police station immediately starts investigation and tries to gather evidence before the evidence is destroyed.

You can lodge a complaint with the Human Rights Commission. The Commission will direct the senior officers

You can file a complaint to the court. The court orders the police to file an FIR

 Indian Penal Code 1860 (Sec 166 A)

Pursuant to Section 166 (a) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, this public servant is a police officer.

You can file a case or you can file a complaint in the court
Accordingly, convicted employees can be sentenced to one year or more
Therefore, Zero FIR is everyone's right and it is appropriate to use it in a timely manner
